a- Low-level Burnout: This early stage of burnout may present as strain, fatigue, and occasional dissatisfaction. The good news is you are doing well so far. With effective stress management and personal development, you can proactively prevent the more critical levels of burnout before they strike!

 

b- Moderate Burnout: At this level work stress is taking its toll. Strain and fatigue are starting to affect your performance at work and diminishing your overall satisfaction. Your waning emotional energies might cause an imbalance between the demands placed on you and your ability to manage the stress effectively, Intervention through stress management and personal development is imperative to avoid complete burnout and disengagement.

 

c- High-Level Burnout: At this level, you might be experiencing severe physical and emotional exhaustion. You could be feeling overwhelmed, completely drained, and have lost interest in the things you love. You may have experienced outbursts at work or feel the acute strain of holding yourself together. Your work relationships are most likely suffering at this stage of burnout. Seeking help is paramount to mitigate the detrimental effects of burnout on your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

2- Depersonalization: a rate of cynicism and detachment that leads to a lack of empathy, decreased sensitivity, and a tendency to treat individuals more as objects than human beings.
